Refund Policy

This policy describes the refund window for RanWheel purchases processed through Paddle.

Monthly plan refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or a subscription renewal.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle.

Cancellation timing

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals from the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation does not retroactively refund charges outside the 14-day refund window.

How to request help

To request a refund, contact Paddle support or use the buyer support link in your Paddle purchase email within 14 days of the transaction date.

Include your purchase email and transaction reference so the request can be matched to your order.
